As student council advisor it is my job to guide student leaders in successfully planning events, making decisions and representing their fellow students. In this club we mentor the students so they can conduct meetings to resolve school issues, help students organize and brainstorm ideas, and publicize the organization’s activities to the community. As an adjudicator my role is to lead students in discussion of how events went, what worked well and reflect on future events. Overall, the student council allows us the opportunity to get to know students and help them develop leadership skills.
