***8th Grade virtual graduation pictures info***


We are asking all 8th grade parents to send two pictures of their child that we can include in a virtual graduation ceremony we are putting together. We would like one photo of your child as a baby and one photo of your child as an elementary aged student. We already have pictures of them in their cap and gown so it will be really neat to see each graduate at these three important stages of their life. Please send these photos electronically to [email protected] Please include the child’s name with the submission of these photos. We would like to receive all photos by next Friday. Should we not have your photo submission by next Friday we will reach out to you to give you one last reminder to send them in.

HPS Community: Super-Important

On Monday we will be operating a “Drive-Thru” Chromebook pick up for grades 2-3 at 9:00-12:00 and grades 4-5 at 12:00-3:00 Monday. This will help ensure necessary social distancing measures.

Cars will enter thru the Henry Street side entrance and pull straight up to the small gym back door. An administrator will give you the necessary paperwork while other administrators and IT staff gather the child’s Chromebook. Cars will then leave at the gate by Granite Ave.

Please only come at the times meant for your grade level if possible. We can also distribute food and packets via this method on Monday. There is a three hour window so you can come anytime within that window.

We expect to get cars in and out quickly on Monday.

Mr Wacha will be sending out a robo call and video this weekend to inform the community of this plan.

Also, you don’t need to get a Chromebook if your computer at home has been working fine and you prefer using your home computer.
