Our program aims to increase interest in the sport of wrestling while training athletes to reach their fullest potential. Wrestling is a sport that encourages personal responsibility, mental toughness, and discipline. We also look to improve basic athletic skills while teaching about proper nutrition.
This sport takes place from November through January.
Practice will take place in the cafeteria M-F from 3:00-5:00 P.M.
